By Commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:▷1. I expect clients to pay 50% minimum upfront to avoid scams and ensure they are interested in working with me.
(ill ask you to pay when I'm ready)▷2. I will send the progress of your commission such as screenshots of sketches, lines, etc.▷3. You can ask for corrections on pieces! You get free corrections but major correction +$10-$20 for illustrations and $20-50 for rigging.▷4.No refunds will be issued after I start the sketch.
( clients are NOT authorized to file a chargeback)▷5. A refund can only be issued before i start your request!▷6. You can use the artwork as profile pictures, social media banners, etc
(for commercial work(merch) I charge a percentage fee, Vtuber works already include the commercial fee)▷7. I retain the right to post all works on my social media and portfolio. Please mention if you want a temporary NDA.▷8. If possible please credit me if you use my artwork.
Though, this is not mandatory.▷9. For higher quality I can email you the artwork.▷10.I WILL NOT, draw anything for NFTs, Ai, or anything related to these things!
Will not draw anything that is: NSFW(suggestive is OK), excessive gore, or discrimination against a minority group or religion.
